Here is a new exercise circuit that I have designed for busy mums using just 3 exercises. This everyday workout will help boost motivation and won’t take up too much time!

If you have been a little time poor lately try just one round of the 3 exercises and I promise that you will benefit. Taking short ‘Exercise Snack’ sessions will help boost motivation, improve energy and increase muscle strength and tone!

Once you start the exercise set you may often find that you have more time and can do 2 or more sets.

1️⃣ Off-Set Weighted Squat – Suitable pre and postnatal.

Always ensure you have Busy Fit Mom Exercise CircuitBusy Fit Mom Exercise Circuitreasonable technique and can activate your TA and Pelvic floor muscles adequately.

TIP:
Exhale and contract as you squat up and make sure you keep yourself straight.

By using a weight on one side it increases the load on your core. Increasing the load and or intensity makes your core work harder which will therefore improve strength and function.

This is suitable postnatal once a Diastasis is functional.

For a Diastasis & pregnancy friendly option swap this for Hip bridge leg lifts using your sofa, and have your shoulders supported.

For a Diastasis & pregnancy friendly option use the sofa or a wall for support.
