In this workshop, I include all the factors that need to be taken into consideration when wanting to return to high impact sport.

Factors such as previous pregnancy exercise, type of birth, Diastasis Recti, Pelvic floor, Prolapse, Breastfeeding, Hormones, Sleep deprivation, Postnatal Depletion, etc. 

It’s important to follow the necessary steps to return to running safely, core activation, improving posture, functional exercise, glute strength, intensity training, and periodization of a run/sports program.  This should all be included in the postpartum return to run program
