Join me for this weeks 6 Min Pregnancy and Postpartum SAFE Core Workout.

This week I decided to program 6 Core Exercises with modifications to suit Pregnancy, Early Postpartum, Diastasis recti, and advanced exercisers.

Choose the modification to suit your core function and fitness over pregnancy and postpartum week. This will then ensure the workout is more specific for YOUR needs. When I also mention that the workouts are Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor Friendly this means that if you do choose the correct modification for your core function then the exercises will continue to improve the function and strength or your core.
